Egyptian One-Pound Banknote

It is a one-pound note, a denomination that was phased out in favor of coins in 2011 but reintroduced in 2016 due to a shortage of small change.

Obverse: Sultan Qaitbay mosque at left centre.

Reverse: At the center left the main entrance to the Great Temple at Abu Simbel.
